    Q1. How can I get my Login ID and Password for Exhibitor dashboard?

    Login ID and Password for your dashboard has been sent to your registered email ID already during your booth registration process.

    If you have not received the same, you can generate password on your own:

    1. Login Id – Email Id used for registration

    2. Password – click on Reset Password, new password will be sent to your registered email ID.

    Q1. What are the onsite branding options available?

    Multiple onsite branding options are available, you can book the same by login into your dashboard. You can also write to us for more details/ customised proposal, contact details as below:

    Q2. How can I download Indusfood Logo?

    You can download the logo by login into your exhibitor dashboard

    Q1. Who do I send my stall design for approval?

    You need to get your booth design approved from the organiser before 15th December 2023. You can find the required forms and guidelines in the exhibitor’s manual which can be accessed by login into your dashboard.

    Q2. How can I order additional services like Furniture, TV, Tables, Electricity and Compressed Air during show days?

    You can order the additional services by login into your exhibitor dashboard

    Q3. What are the installation and dismantling dates?

    You may find the information in the exhibitor’s manual which can be accessed by login into your dashboard.

    Q1. How much does it cost to transport my goods and machinery to exhibition venue?

    You may contact our official Freight Forwarder, details available in the exhibitor’s manual which can be accessed by login into your dashboard. They will be happy to assist you.

    Q2. How can I get ATA Carnet for my Machinery?

    Q1. How can I generate my exhibitor badges?

    You can generate your exhibitor badges by login into your exhibitor dashboard

    Go to Manage Projects > Generate Exhibitor Badges

    Q2. How many exhibitor badges can I generate?

    Number of badges are inked with the booth package selected by you, please log-in to your exhibitor dashboard to check the number badges assigned.

    Q3. How do I get badges for my service providers?

    Badges will be made available at the venue one day before the official move-in date. Kindly refer to the deadline section in exhibitor manual which can be accessed by login into your dashboard.

    Q1. I have not received the Invoice

    Final invoice will be sent to you after receipt of 100% payment, you may contact our team as below:

    Q2. Where can I find Indusfood’s bank details?

    Bank details are mentioned on the bottom of your booth booking voucher sent to you by email at the time of registration.

    Q1. International Exhibitor - How can I get invitation for VISA application?

    Please share your travel plan and copy of passport with the exhibitor coordination desk, they will send Visa recommendation letter to your registered email.

    Q2. Do you have a hotel recommendations for exhibitors?

    Hotel enquiries can be sent directly to the designated travel agency, details are available in the exhibitor’s manual which can be accessed by login into your dashboard. They will be happy to assist you.

    Q1. How can I register under Hosted Buyer Program?

    Buyer can register at Indusfood website www.indusfood.co.in

    1. Click To register for Indusfood-F&B
    2. Hosted buyer applications are subjected to approval from the Indusfood screening committee.
    3. Only fully paid registrations are considered under the Hosted Buyer program.
    4. In case we are unable to confirm you as a hosted buyer in the current edition, full registration amount will be refunded to your bank account.

    Q2. Is there a registration fee for applying under Hosted Buyer Program?

    All selected hosted buyers will be entitled to bouquet of standard inclusions at a registration fee of USD 250/-. The organizing committee will provide all or some privileges like Airfare reimbursement, hotel accommodation, Airport & Venue group transfers and meals to shortlisted buyers.     Q3. Can my business associate join me during the show?

    Indusfood is a closed door B2B show and only pre-approved buyers can visit. Kindly get your associates registered with us in advance to visit the show.

    Q1. How can I access Buyer Dashboard?

    Any approved buyer can log-in to the dashboard with the User ID and Password shared over the email.

    Q2. I have not received my login ID and Password for Buyer dashboard?

    Any approved buyer can log-in to the dashboard with the User ID and Password shared over the email.
    Login ID and Password is sent to your registered email ID after your registration approval as Buyer.

    Q3. What all can I do with Buyer Dashboard?

    Q1. How will I get the airfare reimbursement?

    Once the hosted buyer application is processed, every buyer will be intimated with their hosted buyer benefits and other details via email.

    Q2. Where is the Buyer pickup point at the Airport?

    Pickup point and transport coordinator’s details will be shared with buyers via email upon submission of their confirmed air ticket to visit Indusfood.
