Refund Policy
Exhibitor Refund Policy
- In case of cancellation of participation by the Exhibitor within 120 days of the event, no refund shall be given and the complete fee shall be forfeited.
- In case of cancellation of participation by the Exhibitor before 120 days of the event, the Exhibitor will be liable to receive a refund of 50% of the fee.
- In case of cancellation of the event by TPCI, the Exhibitor will be liable to receive a full refund of the fee.
- Participation payment once made shall not be adjusted or transferred to any other event under any circumstances.
- In the event of non-compliance by the Exhibitor, TPCI reserves the right to terminate the participation with immediate effect.
- All legal disputes are subject to New Delhi jurisdiction only.
Buyer Refund Policy
- In case the buyer does not qualify under the Hosted Buyer Program in the current edition, the full registration amount will be refunded via bank transfer.
- In case of cancellation of the event by TPCI, the buyer will be liable to receive a full refund of the registration amount via bank transfer.
- In case of cancellation of participation by the buyer, no refund of the registration fee shall be given and the complete fee shall be forfeited.
- Registration fee once made shall not be adjusted or transferred to any other event under any circumstances.
- In the event of non-compliance or non-submission of required documents by the buyer, TPCI reserves the right to terminate the participation with immediate effect.
- All legal disputes are subject to New Delhi jurisdiction only.
